Health

Claims adjudicated straight from the medical record, so a hospital is paid on the treatment it can evidence.

A facility is contractually owed payment within 30 days of an accepted invoice. In practice it runs to weeks and months. Cashflow is planned around a queue nobody can see into.

Motor

Documents validated on arrival, and small accidents settled on rules instead of a queue.

A claim needs a police report, a garage quote and photographs. Each arrives separately, on a different day, from a different party.

Index triggers replace field visits, so a payout follows the weather instead of an assessor.

A claim carries a title deed, a police report and a repair estimate. Assembling the pack is manual, and one missing page holds the whole file.

Life

Death and beneficiary verified against the civil registry, so a family is not sent to collect papers.

Verification depends on a death certificate and on proving who the beneficiary is. Both are paper errands for a grieving family.
